In Oak’s Leadership School we want our students to find English Language useful and fun. 

Not only do we have the best approach and quality around the area, but we also offer Cambridge Certification and the usage of Common Core Standards.

Our teachers master this subject and are committed to the students one hundred percent. We know, respect and value the importance of a child developing an integral growth. 

 

What are Common Core Standards?

 

Today’s students are preparing to enter a world in which colleges and businesses are demanding more than ever before. To ensure all students are ready for success after high school, the Common Core State Standards establish clear, consistent guidelines for what every student should know and be able to do in math and English language arts from kindergarten through 12th grade.

The Common Core focuses on developing the critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills students will need to be successful.

The new standards also provide a way for teachers to measure student progress throughout the school year and ensure that students are on the pathway to success in their academic careers.

The Oak’s Leadership School has adopted these standards and has set them as graduate profiles. The profiles will be achieved by working transversally with the Spanish Department. 

 The main objective is to homogenize children´s knowledge and development.
